All of our students worked on such an anglo saxon festivity. We learnt about its historical roots in class, we had fun taking part in creepy and sticky workshops and we got really scared in our House of Horrors. Furthermore, we decorated the school and our classroom doors. Look!:

CHEMICAL REACTIONS: VOLCANOES' ERUPTIONS. 5TH YEAR. REACCIONES QUÍMICAS: ERUPCIÓN DE VOLCANES.

5th Year students studied chemical reactions and they illustrated it by means of elaborating beatiful volcanoes and their eruptions.On doing so, they learnt the mixture of vinegar, soap, baking powder and food colorant produce an amazing chemical reaction.

Los alumnos de 5º Educación Primaria estudiaron las reacciones químicas y lo demostraron elaborando vistosos volcanes y sus erupciones.Aprendieron que la mezcla de vinagre con jabón, bicarbonato y colorante de comida produce una asombrosa reacción química.

Last Friday 28th April we performed on stage several activities to celebrate Book Day.

El pasado viernes 28 de abril,representamos en escena diferentes actividades con el fin de celebrar el "Día del Libro".

There were performances in Spanish and in William Shakespeare's language.
5th Year students said the rhyme "When the English Tongue We Speak":

Hubo actuaciones en español y en la lengua de William Shakespeare.
Los alumnos de 5º Ed.Primaria recitaron la rima "Cuando hablamos la lengua inglesa":

Futhermore, 6th Year students wrote their own story (" Our Haunted School"and presented it on a big book!.

Además, los alumnos de 6º de Ed. Primaria escribieron su propio cuento en inglés("Nuestro colegio encantado") y lo presentaron en un gran libro

   

And there was also our story's ghost...!

Last week we read rhymes about Easter, we found out more about "The Egg Hunt" and coloured eggs and bunnies.

La semana pasada leímos rimas y poemas sobre Semana Santa, averiguamos sobre "La Caza del Huevo de Pascua" y coloreamos huevos y conejitos de Pascua.
